    Quick delivery, very friendly and helpful driver. That's where quality customer service ends with this company. The billing department assumed my phone number was the same number as the last person who lived in this house. After no contact for 3 months a letter was sent threatening legal action because they did not run my credit card after I had ALREADY authorized the transaction. I left multiple messages with the billing department that were NEVER returned. When I finally did get a hold of them I was treated like a liar and a cheat. With the many fuel oil delivery options in this area I couldn't see using this company ever again.
